ACCESSING THE ORDER TRACKER: Once the order has been submitted and payment received, you will be directed to a confirmation page which contains the link to the Order Tracker. You will also receive a link to the Order Tracker via email from scribonline@scribsoft.com. To access the Order Tracker, you will enter your email address, order number and password.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to have someone pick up the transcript for you such as a parent or guardian, you must note the individual you have authorized to pick it up on the order in the Special Instructions section. The individual picking up the record must bring in photo identification to verify their identity along with your signed release and a copy of your photo ID.
